* Do not share your user name and password with anyone. Those caught doing so will be terminated without a refund.
* You may not share anything found inside the member's area.
* Once I receive your email to join, I will send you a PayPal request.
Once I receive notification of payment, you will be added to the member's area within 24 hours and I will send you an email notifying you.
* Once payment has been made, you have forfeited your right for a refund. No Exceptions.
* You must add my banner linked to http://pleasantlypixelated.com to your web site.
* My banner must remain on your web site even after your membership has expired.
Those without a web site will still be permitted to join but should you open a web site later, I will need the link
* NO tubing without a license.

* Do not alter any tags you receive from me or claim them as your own.
Always give credit where credit is due. If you find a mistake on your tag, please let me know so I can correct it
* When you receive your tags, please do not change the filename
* When using your sig tags, please add a small text link back to me at http://pleasantlypixelated.com.
Sig tags may be used in forums, emails, MSN or Yahoo groups, etc. with proper credit back to me.
If anyone asks about your sig tag, please direct them to this site.
* Adoptions come 'as is'. You may not alter any of the adoptions.
You must have a website to download any adoption.
You must have right click, text select and image toolbar disabled on your website.
You must add a link back to this website on the same page as the tag. A credit page will not due.
I include a certificate with each for your use. These are for display on your web site only.
You may not use them in your email, MSN or Yahoo groups, forums, etc.

*Premades*

Same terms as Adoptions with one exception. You may offer these in your free adoption shop as long as you provide a link back to me where displayed. I include a certificate with each with a space provided for your adoption shop name. This is the only thing that may be altered.

*Line Art and Tubes*

* When creating tags from line art or tubes, please add a small text link back to me whenever you display them.

* Do not rename anything you download from this website.
* For tubes I offer from Iddy Pixels: they must be linked back to her at http://iddypixels.com when you display your finished product.

You MAY NOT:
* Alter any of the line art with the exception of changing the outline color.

* Alter the tubes in any way.
* Offer the line art or tubes for download on your website, in your member's area, or in any groups, forums, emails, etc.
* Tube any of the lines without a tube license. (For license terms, see below)
* Re-tube any tubes I create.
* Make snags to offer in any groups, forums, emails, etc.

You MAY:
* Use your results: to create sig tags for your personal use, to create sig tags and premades for free or for profit for your website, to create gifts for friends or in groups, forums, email, etc, to create IM/OE stats or web sets, with proper credit to me.

*Tube License*

* In order to tube any of my line art, you must hold a tube license. There will be a one time fee in addition to your membership and the license does not expire.

* You must have a web site in order to purchase a license.
* If you have a co-owned site, each owner must purchase their own license.
* Your tube license must be displayed and linked back to me on your web site. A membership/credit page is fine.

* You may sell your finished results on your site or add them to a password protected members area.

* You may not share any tubes you create in groups/forums, through email or publicly on a non-password protected website.

* When displaying any tubes created from the line art, please display your license and link back to http://pleasantlypixelated.com.
* Doll bases must be dressed before displaying.

*Linkware*

* All linkware must be linked back to me at http://pleasantlypixelated.com.
